Changes & Updates from 2024 & 2025
- New start time! 2pm start. Still finishes at 8pm. We will have 45 min breaks between speakers [30 min previously], so more time in the Exhibit Hall interacting with you.
- Only two speakers at any one time. More attendees will likely be in the Exhibit Hall as a result
- No more stamp/sticker collecting raffle for staff
- Open bar is moving to 3 drink tickets per person
- More high tables will be distributed throughout the Exhibit Hall, to encourage socializing and keep attendees in the Hall

As always, we are open to feedback and suggestions and encourage you to send in your thoughts well ahead of the event.
Event Agenda
Saturday afternoon, September 19th, 2026, 2pm – 8pm
Exhibit hall running throughout the event
Two speakers per time slot in a nearby lecture space
- 2:30 – 3:30pm
- 4:15 – 5:15pm
- 6:00 – 7:00pm
Food and drink offerings within the exhibit hall
- Three bars [3 drink tickets per person]
- Food tables [hot and cold appetizers, snacks]
Dentists and dental staff will be invited to attend from throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. Our capacity is 500 and we met that capacity the last 2 years, approx. 200 dentists and 300 dental staff professionals
Attendance:
- Dentists = $80 [early bird pricing available]
- Dental Staff = $25

Our singular Platinum sponsor is centred in the room with a 15×15’ booth
Our two Gold sponsors are centred on either side wall with a 15×15’ booth
Silver & Bronze sponsors:
- Each booth is 10×10’ and includes two 6’ tables and two chairs, if requested.
- Booths along the wall have pipe and drape included.
- Þ Note: There is no pipe and drape for centre booths.
- Tablecloths are not provided unless requested.
Location preference is given to previous year’s exhibitors first.
Assignments will be distributed once exhibit hall registration is complete.
Company Rep assignments [number of reps and rep names] must be submitted by June 30, 2025
Number of reps is limited, depending on sponsorship level
- Bronze = 3 reps
- Silver = 5 reps
- Gold = 7 reps
- Platinum = unlimited
All Silver and above exhibitors are permitted to contribute materials to each Welcome Bag.
All Silver and above exhibitors can request to sponsor their own speaker. FVDS Board will evaluate and approve. Extra fees may apply. Inquire with a CV of your proposed speaker for more details.
Exhibitor Space is prioritized for 2025 exhibitors, and then first-come-first-served.
